BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services-Public Health Division has received additional grant funding in the amount of $6,000 from Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation’s Community Oral Health Transformation Initiative (COrHT) for participation in a quarterly reporting incentive. This is in addition to the original grant funding and is based on timely and accurate data submission of clinical, demographic and financial data. Guilford County Dental Clinic has seen 1,521 unduplicated patients so far this fiscal year.
The funds will be used to purchase patient education and incentive items and wearing apparel for staff.
