BACKGROUND
background
Guilford Juvenile Detention contracts with Correct Care Solutions, LLC D/B/A WellPath for full medical care for detained juveniles. The initial contract was for three (3) years with two (2) additional one (1) year renewals and both parties now wish to modify the terms by extending this additional contract period from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. The total amount of the contract of $162,131.64, which is the same as the previous year, with no remaining renewals.

Approve a one (1) year contract renewal agreement, in substantial form, between Guilford County Juvenile Detention Center and Correct Care Solutions, LLC D/B/A WellPath, LLC for medical health services from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, with the maximum financial exposure to the County for all goods and/or services not to exceed $162,131.64.
