BACKGROUND
Background
The Guilford County Transportation Department has prepared the 5311 - Community Transportation Program (CTP) application for FY2024 to be submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation (DOT/IMD) no later than October 7, 2022.
The total amount of the 5311 Grant request for FY2024 is $211,255 with a 15% County match of $31,689.
The 5311-CTP grant is used for administrative assistance.
A public hearing is required for each grant to assess the value and need for a community transportation system and assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities in Guilford County. Attached is a summary of the grant request and authorizing resolution.
