BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County wishes to enter into a seven (7) week lease agreement with the City of Greensboro for space at 5920 Hagan Stone Park Road, Pleasant Garden, NC on June 20, 2022 for a period of seven (7) weeks, expiring August 5, 2022, at the compensation rate of $4,200. The purpose of this lease is for the city to hold Camp Joy.

Requested Action
Approve, in substantial form, the seven (7) week lease agreement beginning June 20, 2022 through August 5, 2022 for the City of Greensboro to rent space at 5920 Hagan Stone Park Road, Pleasant Garden, NC, for Camp Joy, from Guilford County, and authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said lease.
