BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County wishes to enter into a five (5) year lease agreement with the City of Greensboro for space at 5920 Hagan Stone Park Road, Pleasant Garden, NC beginning June 20, 2023 expiring June 19, 2028, at the compensation rate of $600 per week, for an annual total of $4,200. The purpose of this lease is for the city to host Camp Joy for seven (7) weeks each summer.

Requested Action
Approve, in substantial form, the five (5) year lease agreement beginning June 20, 2023 expiring June 19, 2028 with the City of Greensboro to rent space at 5920 Hagan Stone Park Road, Pleasant Garden, NC, to host Camp Joy for seven (7) weeks each summer from Guilford County, and authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said lease.
