BACKGROUND
background
Guilford County entered into a contract with Weiser Security Services, Inc., effective February 20, 2021 for both armed and unarmed security services at various locations throughout the county. The terms of this contract stated it shall be in effect for one (1) year, with the option to extend for two (2), one (1) year renewals at the same pricing, terms and conditions upon mutual written agreement of both parties.
