BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County has been using Computer Service Partners, Inc. for PC equipment repair and maintenance services. To ensure that the County is receiving the most cost-effective service, a Request for Proposal (Bid #20067) was issued by Guilford County Purchasing on April 12, 2022, with bids due on May 5, 2022. Bids from two (2) companies were received by the deadline. The bid responses were evaluated by a committee using the selection criteria stated in the bid document. Computer Service Partners received the highest score and is recommended to be awarded the contract for PC Equipment Repair & Maintenance Services with a bid of $114,996 per year for three (3) years for a total of $344,998, with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions at the same pricing and terms and conditions upon mutual written agreement of both Parties. The Guilford County MWBE Director has completed a Good Faith Effort review as indicated on the attached memo.
