BACKGROUND
Background
Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 158-7.1, the Guilford County Board of Commissioners is requested to hold a public hearing to receive public input on the proposed allocation of funds for an economic development incentive grant in the amount up to $607,390 to Impact Data, LLC, Inc. to support the creation of a facility expected to generate approximately $108 million in capital investment and 28 new full-time jobs. One of the sites being considered for the facility is located in Guilford County.

REQUESTED ACTION
Requested Action
Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 158-7.1, conduct a public hearing and approve an economic development incentive grant in the amount up to $607,390 to Impact Data, LLC, Inc. to support development of a new facility expected to generate approximately $108 million in capital investment and 28 new full-time jobs. Upon approval, authorize county staff to take all necessary actions to execute the incentive agreement.
