RESOLUTION APPOINTING REVIEW OFFICER
UNDER G.S. 47-30.2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GUILFORD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Pursuant to G.S. 47-30.2, effective May 5, 2022, that the Guilford County Board of Commissioners hereby amends its appointments, at the request of the Guilford County Planning & Development Department, by adding the following person to the official list of Review Officers for purposes set forth in G.S. 47-30.2 and other applicable law:
Aaron Calloway, for maps and plats within the corporate limits of Guilford County, NC; and
Shannan Leonard, for maps and plats within the corporate limits of Guilford County, NC.
Pursuant to said statue, this resolution shall be recorded in the Guilford County Registry and indexed on the grantor index in the name of the Review Officer.
RESOLUTION REMOVING REVIEW OFFICER
UNDER G.S. 47-30.2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GUILFORD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Pursuant to G.S. 47-30.2, effective May 5, 2022, that the Guilford County Board of Commissioners hereby amends its appointments, at the request of the Guilford County Planning & Development Department, by removing the following persons from the official list of Review Officers for purposes set forth in G.S. 47-30.2 and other applicable law:
Matthew Talbott, for maps and plats within the corporate limits of Guilford County, NC; and
Paul Lowe, for maps and plats within the corporate limits of Guilford County, NC.
Pursuant to said statue, this resolution shall be recorded in the Guilford County Registry and indexed on the grantor index in the name of the Review Officer.
