BACKGROUND
Background
The North Carolina Department of Transportation, Public Transportation Division, in accordance with federal and state requirements, requires that all transit agencies have a Title VI Plan. The proposed Title VI Plan is enclosed and requires the approval and adoption from Guilford County’s Board of County Commissioners.
The North Carolina Department of Transportation, Integrated Mobility Division (NCDOT/IMD), in accordance with federal and state requirements, requires that all transit agencies have an updated Drug and Alcohol Testing policy. The policy requires the approval and adoption by the county's governing board.
