BACKGROUND
Background
The attached revision to the JCPC funding budget for FY 2019-20 reflects an overall reduction in funding for Operation Xcel Operation Homework of $29,423. This funding reduction is primarily driven by a decrease in other federal/state funding of $35,018 that is offset by an increase in local in-kind funding of $5,595. There is no change to FY 2019-20 funding amounts from Guilford County or NC Department of Public Safety. This reallocation was approved by the Guilford County JCPC during their October 24, 2019 commission meeting.
