Background
Law Enforcement has received a Governor's Highway Safety Grant for 2019-20 in the amount of $5,000 to support the BikeSafe Law Enforcement Liaison program. This program focuses on Highway Safety campaigns related to safety and motorcycle use.

REQUESTED ACTION
Requested Action
Approve the receipt of the 2019-2020 North Carolina Governor's Highway Safety Bike Safe Grant in the amount of $5,000; approve a $5,000 increase in Federal/State Revenues and increase the FY 2019-20 Law Enforcement budget by the same amount to reflect receipt of the BikeSafe Grant; and adopt the accompanying local government resolution.
