BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services - Public Health Division receives funds from The Foundation for a Healthy High Point for support of the Family Connects Evidenced-Based Nurse Home Visitation Program. Public Health is requesting to increase the FY 2019-2020 budget by $1,511 to align to the total award amount received of $91,800, beginning July 1, 2019 for a term of one (1) year.
