Pursuant to N.C.G.S. §159-11, hear the County Manager's FY 2019-20 Budget Message, to be filed with the Clerk to Board for public inspection, and set a Public Hearing on the County Manager's Recommended Budget and proposed economic development incentive grants for June 6, 2019 at 5:30PM in the Commissioners' Chambers, located in the Old Guilford County Courthouse, 301 W. Market Street in Greensboro.
