BACKGROUND
Background
The City of Greensboro would wish to enter into an extension of a Lease of Space located at 715 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC, commonly referred to as the Sternberger Park. Guilford County would like to enter into the extension of the Lease on July 1, 2019 for a period of one (1) year, expiring June 30, 2020 at the compensation rate of $1.00 annually.

Requested Action
Approve, in substantial form, the extension of one (1) year to lease agreement for the City of Greensboro for the rental of space at 715 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC, and authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said lease.
