BACKGROUND
Background
The Guilford County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) hosted the 2018 Future Farmers of America (FFA) Land Judging Contest in November 2018. The NC Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts normally reimburses our local SWCD for the cost of meals; however, higher than anticipated attendance resulted in total meal expenses that exceeded the state chapter's budget. As a result, donations were received from NC State Grange ($250) and Carolina Farm Credit ($300) to cover the additional meal expenses.

Approve a $550 increase in Other Revenues and increase the FY 2018-19 Soil & Water Conservation budget by the same amount to reflect receipt of donations from NC State Grange ($250) and Carolina Farm Credit ($300).
