BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to sell the property located at 201 North Eugene Street, Greensboro, NC, to the City of Greensboro. Once the property is sold, Guilford County will lease the property from the City for two years with an optional 6-month extension while the new mental health facility is being built. Guilford County will sublet the property to Sandhills Center during that time. Both the lease and sublease will become effective upon the sale of the property.
