BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County Animal Services (GCAS) received a general donation to the Animal Shelter in the amount of $3,000. GCAS would like to allocate this $3,000 to the Have-A-Heart Fund as a donation for that purpose. Board action is necessary to make this allocation because of the general nature of the donation.
