BACKGROUND
Background
Resolution appointing review officers under NCGS 47-30.2
Be it resolved, by the Guilford County Board of Commissioners, pursuant to NCGS 47-30.2, effective June 7, 2018, that the Guilford County Board of Commissioners hereby appoints and amends the following persons as Review Officers for the purposes set forth in NCGS 47-30.2 and other applicable law:
Remove Steve Boyer as a Review Officer for the Town of Kernersville;
And appoint Rochelle Joseph as Review Officer for maps and plats within the corporate limits of the Town of Kernersville.
Pursuant to said statute, this Resolution shall be recorded in the Guilford County Registry and indexed on the grantor index in the name of each review officer.
