BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County and Forsyth County would wish to enter into an Interlocal Agreement for regulation and operation of Triad Park located at 9652 W Market Street, Kernersville, NC for the purpose of updating the insurance language of the Agreement. Guilford County would like to enter into the Interlocal Agreement on May 1, 2018 for an uninterrupted period on a year-to-year basis. Forsyth County reviewed and approved the attached interlocal on April 12, 2018.

Requested Action
Approve, in substantial form, the Interlocal Agreement between Guilford County and Forsyth County for the regulation and operation of Triad Park located at 9652 W Market Street, Kernersville, NC, and authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said Interlocal Agreement.
