BACKGROUND
background
Annual Room and Board Contract to provide residential foster care and therapeutic services to children in foster care that will comply with Child and Family Services Reviews, safety, permanency and wellbeing standards. This is price only contract was initially done for $100,000.00 and due to increase in services to our children we need to do an addendum up to $230,000.00 Term rates are as follows:
A. State Approved Facility Rates (Residential and Therapeutic Foster Agencies)
Therapeutic Foster Care Agencies
Therapeutic foster care rate (various foster care locations for Medicaid approved clients)
Child age Standard Board Rate
0-5 $475.00/month
6-12 $581.00/month
13-up $634.00/month
Traditional foster care rate (various foster care locations)

***Therapeutic Foster Care Emergency Rate = $70.00 per day.
When children are in the custody of DSS we have a legal obligation to provide the most appropriate placement for the child.
