BACKGROUND
Background
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services - Division of Child Development and Early Education has successfully transition all daycare payments to Providers to the NC FAST System and counties no longer are responsible for daycare payments for those that qualify for the services.

Requested Action
Approve a decrease of $5,039,000 in Federal/State Revenues and reduce the FY 2017-18 Human Services - Social Services Division budget by the same amount to reflect the transition of daycare payments to Guilford County Providers from the county to the State.
