BACKGROUND
Background
The North Carolina Department of Transportation Public Transportation Division (NCDOT/ PTD), in accordance with federal and state requirements, requires that all transit agencies have a Drug and Alcohol testing policy. The policy requires approval/adoption by Guilford County's governing board.
