Background
Guilford County would like to purchase a .11 acre portion of 920 West Vandalia Rd in Greensboro, NC for $10,000.00. The purpose of this purchase is to add the property to the Guilford County EMS Emergency Services Facility.
Funds for this purchase are available in the EMS Maintenance/Logistics Facility capital project; remaining, available project balance after this purchase will be $1,381,825 as of March 31, 2018.
