BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County would like to enter into a three (3) year Service Contract with L & M Golf, Inc d/b/a Precision Golf School & Tennis to provide Recreational Day Camp and Golf and Tennis Services at Bur-Mil Park. L & M Golf, Inc have been providing these services for the last three years and would like to continue to do so.

Requested Action
Approve, in substantial form, the three (3) year Service Contract with L & M Golf, Inc to provide Golf school and Tennis lessons as well as provide a recreational summer day camp at BurMil Park. Authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said lease.
