BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County wishes to enter into a Lease of Space to BB&T for 5,037 square feet located at 201 West Market Street, Greensboro, NC on June 4, 2018 for a period of five (5) years, expiring June 3, 2023, at the compensation rate of $100,740.00, with a 2% annual increase. The Lease contains two (2) options for five (5) years for each option.

Requested Action
Approve, in substantial form, the lease agreement for BB&T to rent space at 201 West Market Street, Greensboro, NC, from Guilford County and authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said lease.
