BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services - Public Health Division receives funds for its Communicable Disease TB Program to support TB Services. Public Health is receiving additional funds to support the use of alternative tests for TB screening and to use incentives to encourage patients to complete treatment. Public Health is requesting to increase the FY18 budget by $14,415 in order to align the budget to the total award amount of $135,685. Funding will be used to cover cost of testing and purchase incentives.
