BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services - Public Health Division receives funds for its Communicable Disease Investigation to support STD Prevention. Public Health is receiving additional funds for testing supplies. Public Health is requesting to increase the FY18 budget by $592 in order to align the budget to the total award amount of $692. Funding will be used to cover cost of testing supplies.
