BACKGROUND

Background

A RFQ for Architectural Engineering Services to support the design and development of the Law Enforcement Administrative Building was received on June 28, 2017. Twelve (12) responses were received. The Selection Committee reviewed all packages and interviewed the most qualified firms. It is recommended a contract be awarded to Walter Robbs Callahan Pierce Architects. The scope of services is for the complete design of all three phases with a cost not to exceed $550,000.

The Law Enforcement Administration Building Renovation capital project needs to be established and $550,000 of bond funds appropriated to provide funding for the architectural & engineering services associated with the project; any funds remaining will be used for future stages of the project.
