BACKGROUND
background
This contract would have been for FY2014 funds (Guilford County typically recieves FTA funds really late causing cross over into the next fiscal year). The $97,380 would have been the amount awarded to the County, $48,690, as well as the County’s required match of $48,690 (50/50 split).
This contract covers FY2015 and FY2016 (due to FTA’s switchover to the TAMS system and additional delays in the release of funding, Guilford County fell behind, two years, on the 5310 funds. The County was awarded $48,690 in FY2015 (County required match is $48,690) and $50,000 in FY2016 (County required match is $50,000). The City will disburse the $98,690 to the County once both parties and executed.
