Background
RESOLUTION APPOINTING REVIEW OFFICERS UNDER G.S. 47-30.2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GUILFORD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS pursuant to G.S. 47-30.2, effective August 17, 2017
that the Guilford County Board of Commissioners hereby amends its appointments by adding the following persons to the official list of Review Officers for purposes set forth in G.S. 47-30.2 and other applicable law:
Kenneth C. Cole, for maps and plats within the corporate limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Jamestown.
Paul R. Blanchard, for maps and plats within the corporate limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Jamestown.
Pursuant to said statue this resolution shall be recorded in the Guilford County Registry and indexed on the grantor index in the name of the Review Officer.
ADOPTED this August 17, 2017.
