BACKGROUND
Background
The property described above, totaling 9.897 acres, is intended for the location of a Guilford County Emergency Services Logistics and Maintenance Facility and its uses. It is currently contracted for purchase at the amounts of $755,000 for 1205 Pepperstone Dr, $150,000 for 1002 West Vandalia Rd, and $250,000 for 1201 Pepperstone Dr and 3802 Rehobeth Church Rd, totaling $1,155,000.00. The property independently appraised for $1,375,000.00. We have completed Due Diligence and have not found any significant impacts upon the property.
The full purchase price will be $1,155,000 and all necessary funds are available in the existing EMS Maintenance & Logistics Facilty capital project ordinance.
