BACKGROUND
Background
The City of Greensboro would wish to enter into a Lease of space located at 5920 Hagan Stone Park Road, Pleasant Garden, NC, commonly referred to as the Camp Joy at Hagan Stone Park. Guilford County would like to enter into a Lease on June 19, 2017 for a period of seven (7) weeks, expiring August 4, 2017 at the compensation rate of $4,200.00 for the seven (7) week period.

Requested Action
Approve, in substantial form, the seven (7) week lease agreement for the City of Greensboro to rent space at 5920 Hagan Stone Park Road, Pleasant Garden, NC, from Guilford County and authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said lease.
