BACKGROUND
background
Since the early 1980's, Guilford County had been provided space in the Jamestown Fire Department for housing an EMS Unit. Over the years, the fire station was rebuilt and is now operated by the Pinecroft Sedgefield Fire Department. As part of the agreement with Jamestown, there was an exchange of services between Guilford County and the Town (specifically Fire Marshal services were provided free of charge in exchange for space). We are now making this a formal agreement, and will billl the Town for services provided, and will lease space in the Fire Station.

Approve lease agreement, in substantial form, with the Town of Jamestown in the amount of $3,600 to be effective July 1, 2017 for a term of 1 year with the option for one year renewals.
