BACKGROUND

Background

Guilford County competitively solicited bids on the replacement of the existing HVAC equipment at the Agricultural Extension Building located at 3309 Burlington Road in Greensboro, NC. The first time was Event #545 and only one (1) bid response was received. It was re-bid as Event #560. On March 30, 2017 the four (4) bid responses were opened publicly in the Guilford County Purchasing Department.
