BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services - Public Health Division receives funds from the Epidemiology/Communicable Disease Branch to support Communicable Disease Tuberculosis (TB) services. Public Health is requesting to increase the FY 2017 budget by $557 in order to align the budget to the amount awarded of $116,576.
