BACKGROUND
Background
A request has been received from the City of High Point Planning & Development Department to appoint David J. Fencl as a review officer for maps and plats within the corporate limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of High Point, NC pursuant to NCGS 47-30.2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GUILFORD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Pursuant to NCGS 47-30.2, effective March 16, 2017, that the Guilford County Board of Commissioners hereby amends its appointments, at the request of the City of High Point Planning & Development Department, by adding the following person to the official list of Review Officers for purposes set forth in NCGS 47-30.2 and other applicable law:
David J. Fencl as a review officer for maps and plats within the corporate limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of High Point, NC.
Pursuant to said statute, this resolution shall be recorded in the Guilford County Registry and indexed on the grantor index in the name of the Review Officer.
