BACKGROUND
Background
The Guilford County Sheriff’s Office is in receipt of a Bureau of Justice State Criminal Alien Assistance Grant (SCAAP) in the amount of $66,591 for FY 2017. These grant funds will be used to purchase the following items:
NIST Manager Plus Central Server Application Software and License Configured for NIST records with capability and storage for any number of image and data records server, and storage hardware is capable of handling. WebStation (Retrieve) Application Software and Licenses for ten (2) concurrent users in the amount of $27,500. (See attachments for quote details).
LiveScan Plus with Livescan Hardware in the amount of $35,800:
• FBI/SBI Approved Livescan Hardware
• FBI/SBI Approved DataWorks Plus LiveScan Plus Software
• Standard Reports
• Palm Print Capture
• Capture Upper Palm, Lower Palm and Writers Palm, Submit Lower Palm and Writers Palm to SBI’s new AFIS
• Dell Tower PC, Keyboard and Mouse,17” Flat Screen Monitor

Dell KVM Switch $75 connect 1 display, keyboard and mouse to 2 computers
Dell Desktop PC $750 Replace laptop-Includes Display Port to DVI adapter (Optiplex 3040 Micro)
Dell Desktop Mount $50 Dell VESA Mount-allows mounting of the desktop under or inside the cabinet
Total cost for 3 units: $2,625
