BACKGROUND
Background
The memorandum of understanding (MOU) governing the County's reimbursement payment to the Greensboro Housing Authority for payments in lieu of taxes, approved by the Board of Commissioners on September 1, 2016, requires a budget amendment. No additional action regarding the MOU is required.
