BACKGROUND
Background
Facilities & Parks issued a request for proposals for power distribution modifications and renovation at Bur-Mil Park with bids opened August 28, 2016. The proposal from the lowest responsive and responsible bidder totals $142,000 and the bid review committee recommends this proposal. To proceed with this project, it is necessary to increase the Bur-Mil capital project ordinance by $142,000 to appropriate sufficient funds for the purchase order. This project was included in the Capital Improvement Plan for FY 2016-17 at $150,000.
