Law Enforcement has received a Governor's Highway Safety Grant in the amount of $5,000 to support the Bikesafe Law Enforcement Liaison program. This program focuses on Highway Safety campaigns related to safety and motorcycle use.

REQUESTED ACTION
Requested Action
Approve receipt of the 2016 North Carolina Governor's Highway Safety Bikesafe Grant in the amount of $5,000 and adopt the accompanying local government resolution. Increase Federal/State Revenue by $5,000 and increase the Law Enforcement FY 2017 budget by $5,000 to reflect receipt of the grant funds.
