BACKGROUND
Background
A purchase order has been issued to PNP Design Group, PLLC (a HUB certified vendor) for Phase One of Four to investigate and prepare construction documents for repair of the exterior facade of the Old Courthouse in the amount of $193,932. Phase One is the investigation phase and will include the following:
1. Provide deconstruction of areas of the existing building to investigate the current conditions to see how the design/repair work is to be performed and executed.
2. Provide the design/temporary repairs to the deconstruction area.
3. Provide any required equipment that is needed for this investigation.
4. Provide any required testing.
5. Visit the site as required to develop the documentation required for the report.
6. Oversee the recommended investigation/repairs in this phase.
7. Provide printing, travel and other normal reimbursables for Phase One of the project.
As the Courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places; a team has been assembled to assist with knowledge and experience in these types of projects.

At the completion of Phase One, PNP Design Group is to have an understanding of the repairs needed and provide the County with options and estimated cost.
