BACKGROUND

Background

The NC Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) requires the Board of Commissioners to designate a voting delegate and an alternate voting delegate for its 2026 Legislative Conference to be held November 19-20, 2026 in Wake County.  The selected voting delegate, or alternate, will participate in voting on legislative goal proposals on behalf of Guilford County during the conference.
