BACKGROUND

Background

The National Association of Counties (NACo) requires the Board of Commissioners to designate a voting delegate for its 2023 Annual Conference, which will be held July 21-24, 2023.  The voting delegate will represent Guilford County and participate in all business, motions and the election of offices during the annual business meeting on July 24.
