Background
DHHS-Public Health Division received an additional award of $79,488 from the NC Division of Public Health, Women’s and Children’s Health/Nutrition Services and Breast Feeding Peer Counseling for FY 2020-21. This funding increase will allow the WIC program to serve additional participants.

Approve an increase of $79,488 in Federal/State Revenues and increase the FY 2020-21 Health & Human Services - Public Health Division budget by the same amount to reflect revenues awarded from the NC Division of Public Health, Women’s and Children’s Health/Nutrition Services Branch for the WIC Client Services Program.
