Background

The Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) will provide an update on the following consolidation priorities: Call Center, Customer Care Center, New Employee Orientation/In-Service Training, Aging Services, Children's Services and Contracts/Purchasing.  A detailed summary of each priority is attached to this item, and will be reviewed by the department.
