The grant application for the 5310 program provides funding for salaries and vehicle maintenance expenses for the Guilford County Transportation Department. The FY2016 grant provided over 8,800 trips for the elderly and disabled citizens of Guilford County. The 5311-CTP grant is used for administrative and capital assistance.
