BACKGROUND
Background
Guilford County has allowed the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, on behalf of the NC Forest Service, to use 448 net square feet of office space at 3309 Burlington Road, Greensboro, NC, commonly referred to as the Agricultural Extension Center. The NC Forest Service would like to enter into a one (1) year lease renewal beginning May 1, 2021 and expiring April 30, 2022 at the compensation rate of $4,480.00 annually.

Requested Action
Approve, in substantial form, a one (1) year lease agreement for rental of office space at 3309 Burlington Rd, Greensboro, NC, to the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services at the compensation rate of $4,480.00 annually, and authorize staff to take all reasonable actions to finalize and execute said lease.
