BACKGROUND
background
Guilford County currently contracts with Reisenweaver Communications, Inc., DBA RCS Wireless Tech, for basic vehicle maintenance and repair services. The initial contract was for three (3) years, with the option to extend for two (2) one-year renewals, and will end on June 30, 2017. The County is now opting to exercise the renewal options set forth in the initial contract, with a one (1) year renewal option effective July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018.
