BACKGROUND
Background
DHHS - Public Health Division receives funds from the NC Division of Public Health, Women’s and Children’s Health/Women’s Health Branch for the Maternity Clinic. Due to a reduction in the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant, we are requesting to decrease the FY 2016 State/Federal revenues by $20,796 to reflect funding reduction received for FY 2016.

Requested Action
Approve a decrease of $20,796 in State/Federal Revenues and decrease the DHHS-Public Health Division FY 2015-16 budget by the same amount in order to align the budget with the amended allocation from the NC Division of Public Health , Women’s and Children’s Health/Women’s Health Branch for Maternity Clinic.
